Project aims to create the educational opportunities for staff working in university sport associations. Through the series of meetings it is set to create conditions for skills development of the participants in the area of organizing university sport tournaments. Each meeting will concern different specific topics connected to the objectives of the project. Experts will be invited for those occasions, but it will be also used as an opportunity to use participants’ knowledge for a common creation of outputs of the project. For the additional value, meetings will take place during national and regional university sport competitions – participants will be able to learn not only through the theoretical exchange of practice but also practical one. First phase of the project will revolve around meetings and discussion over particular topics. The outcomes of those meetings will be put together and will create the final product of the project – a guidebook. Second phase of the Uni4S project in 2022 will be dedicated to evaluation of the guidebook, gathering feedback through a series of various activities and finalizing the ultimate version of the guidebook. That material will be translated into Dutch and Polish language. This way, the impact of the project is expected not only to concern directly the participants but also local university sport clubs in the Netherlands and Poland, where the results will be shared. The project does not hold down to its timeframes. Its outcomes aim to be used after 2022 and be a gold standard for organizing university sport tournaments.

Project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme, starting its realization in January 2021 and ending in December 2022.
